Rich is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.  He has been doing CrossFit for almost 10 years.  Rich enjoys the community and friendly competitiveness that CrossFit provides.  The mixture of strength, intensity and gymnastics movements diversifies CrossFit, from other fitness models, in such a way that you are always looking to improve or learn another skill.  It is this diversity and constant need for improvement that makes coaching so important, and so much fun.
