Kristyn is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer.  She is a longtime member, owner and now coach.   Kristyn was a longtime marathon runner who found CrossFit while looking to add variety to her workouts.  The variation of workouts attracted Kristyn to CrossFit, but the community has kept her coming back.  As a coach, she enjoys teaching the technical elements of the movements and thrives on seeing her athletes make progress with solid foundations.  Kristyn’s creativity allows her to help athletes modify workouts in a way that maintains the workout’s intensity level, but keeps the workout fun and challenging to ensure the athlete continues to make objective gains.
